Microsoft Resource Kit Design

As a designer at Microsoft I was responsible for assigned deliverables of Windows 2000 Resource Kit. The majority of projects dealt with web development and use html help on the side. I predominantly used Homesite as the web development tool and CSS style sheets to format my graphic and page specifications. I employed Photoshop and Freehand to customize my graphic elements. Below are some examples of my work. You may also click on the links below to view these pages individually (Windows only).

  • Start pages for Windows 2000 Resource Kit served as a tour to
    the available resources.
  • Quick tour is a guide for Windows 2000 Resource Kit installation
    CD-ROM.

    Microsoft internal design website

I was asked by head of our department to design a website in
which other Microsoft internal group could use as a resource guide as well as it served as an introduction of the design department to the other team members such as writers and editors, localization
    and production staff.

The site was further developed after I finished my two term contract with Microsoft UA division.
